NUTZO was born in a kitchen in Mumbai, Maharashtra — from one question that wouldn't go away: why does every tasty snack have to leave you feeling guilty?
We believed India deserved a snack that was genuinely delicious and genuinely good for you. So we went back to makhana — one of India's most ancient superfoods — and did it differently. Roasted, thoughtfully seasoned, zero shortcuts.
