We deliver within 1–3 business days for Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai orders. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.
You can order directly from our website at nutzohub.com, or via WhatsApp — just send us a "Hi" and we'll guide you through product selection and payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 88799 98981 for a status update.
There is no minimum order value. You can order even a single pack. However, our combo packs offer better value — check out our best seller combos.
We accept all major payment methods — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
NUTZO makhana is roasted in olive oil and seasoned with carefully developed flavours — Peri Peri, Cheesy Crunch, Himalayan Salt, and Mint Magic. Unlike plain makhana, each flavour is balanced to be bold without being artificial. No MSG, no preservatives, no artificial colours.
Our makhana is roasted in olive oil — never deep fried. This gives it a light, crispy texture while keeping it significantly lower in calories and fat compared to fried snacks.

Yes — NUTZO makhana is 100% vegan and gluten-free. It contains no dairy, no gluten, and no animal-derived ingredients. Suitable for vegan, Jain-friendly, and gluten-free diets.
No. NUTZO makhana contains no artificial colours, no preservatives, and no MSG. We use only clean, real ingredients in our seasoning.
Each pack has a best-before date printed on the packaging. In general, our hygienically sealed pouches maintain freshness for several months from the date of manufacture. For best taste, consume within 2–3 weeks of opening.
After opening, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerating — moisture can make the makhana go soft.

Makhana is a low-calorie, high-protein snack (~100 kcal and ~4g protein per 30g serving*). Its protein content helps keep you fuller for longer, which may support mindful eating. It is commonly included in weight-conscious diets as a replacement for fried snacks.

Yes — makhana is widely enjoyed across all age groups. Our Peri Peri and Himalayan Salt flavours are especially popular with children as a healthier alternative to chips and biscuits in school lunchboxes.
Makhana is a plant-based, low-fat snack that is generally considered safe during pregnancy. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor or gynaecologist for personalised dietary advice during pregnancy.
A standard serving is 30g (roughly one large handful). One 55g NUTZO pouch typically gives you about 1–2 servings. Makhana is light and naturally portion-friendly.
We accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it immediately. See our full Refund Policy for details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
