Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NUTZO, we take great care in packing and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in the best condition. As our products are food items, certain policies apply regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order through our customer support.

Once the order has been processed for dispatch or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.


2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, NUTZO does not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

We request customers to carefully review their order before confirming the purchase.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • Damaged package
  • Incorrect product
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


4. Refunds / Replacements

After verification, NUTZO may offer one of the following at its discretion:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Coupon code equivalent to the order value

Refunds will not be issued in cash or bank transfer unless required by applicable laws.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
